Jonathan Swanson

After living and growing up in Southeastern NC, I moved to Wilmington to attend UNC-Wilmington in 1995. After graduating in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Management, my wife Jamie and I continued to live and work in Wilmington.

In order to pursue my interest in investment real estate, I eventually left my career in the Healthcare industry to dedicate myself to local real estate. I am an active real estate investor and I enjoy working with real estate investors, individuals and families buying and selling homes in the greater Wilmington area.

As a Real Estate Broker, I enjoy helping people buy and sell houses. I am a member of the board of directors for the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Accociation (CCREIA). I often help investors who earn their living by finding houses in need of moderate improvements and then selling these updated residences to families moving to the area. "Flipping" houses is not as easy as it looks on TV. It it were that easy everyone would do it. Just call or email me for more details.
