There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are important to me in my professional career.

That said, in my experience as a Wilmington real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means being accessible to my clients, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. 

This "people first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.  If we work together with each other and technology, everyone wins. 

A little history about me...I moved to Wilmington in 1995 to attend UNC-Wilmington. After graduating in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Management my wife Jamie, our son Noah and I continued to live in Wilmington.

In order to pursue my interest in a real estate career, I eventually left my career in the healthcare industry to dedicate myself to local real estate.

I joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty because it is the biggest, best real estate company in Wilmington and Southeastern NC.  The staff and management make it possible for us to provide great service to you, our customers. 

I am an active real estate investor and I enjoy working with real estate investors, individuals and families buying and selling homes in the greater Wilmington area.

I often help investors find houses in need of moderate improvements and sell these homes as primary residences for families moving to the area. Just call or email me for more details.

I work with many investors, buyers and sellers in the Wilmington area. I have been a Board Member of the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investor's Association since January of 2006. The CCREIA exists to teach people basic principles in real estate investing. It is one of the best places in the area to share information about investment real estate.
