So you're selling your house yourself?  That's respectable.  I can help.  Check out the Market Snapshot on the left side of the page and you can get a good idea of how much you might get for your house.  I'm sure your question is...What's in it for you?  That's easy.  When I help you, hopefully you'll help me.  Many homeowners are capable of selling their home on their own.  Some succeed, while the majority give up and eventually list their home with a Real Estate Broker.  I think the most common reason people give up is because they can't show the house when buyers want to see it.  There's also a benefit when non-emotionally connected Agents are helping buyers and sellers.

Occasionally you'll meet potential buyers who are not represented by a Buyer's Agent and your house isn't right for them.  Hopefully you'll call me with their name and contact information.  I'd like to meet them and see if I can help them with their next home.  I can also put you in touch with a loan officer who will make sure your buyers are prequalified.  This should keep you from having financial roadblocks throughout the transaction.
