Need help getting your home ready to sell?

Here's the name and number of a few people I know who can help you.  These guys are very busy because they're good at what they do.  They work very hard.  If you need an estimate for a home inspection or repair agreement, just tell them that's what you need and pay them for their time.  Don't run them all over town and expect them to waste their time for free. 

These are honest guys who charge reasonable prices and do what they say they're going to do.  Be clear with your expectations and they'll make sure you're satisfied.
